We all, at some time in our lives, have worked for someone who made our lives miserable. I suspect that it isn’t always intentional; but, in any large organization, sooner or later, a bad manager will surface. If you are the one dealing with it, it can be soul crushing. As a solo, you can be your own best friend and critic.
