The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Wireline Communications Bureau (WCB) has issued a Public Notice announcing the 30-day reply period for the Eligible Locations Adjustment Process (ELAP) will begin Tuesday, August 23, 2022, 12:01 AM ET and end Friday, September 22, 2022, 11:59 PM ET. Connect America Fund Phase II Auction support recipients whose ELAP information has been challenged by a registered stakeholder may review the information submitted by that stakeholder and oppose the challenge with additional information. Such replies must be submitted through the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) ELAP module at the USAC Portal.
