Use of the False Claims Act in Health Care Fraud Investigations and Litigation

Rivkin Radler’s Jeff Kaiser will be a panelist at the Upstate New York Health Care Fraud Symposium hosted by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. Jeff’s panel is entitled “Use of the False Claims Act in Health Care Fraud Investigations and Litigation.”

The symposium will take place on Friday, September 30, at Albany Law School, and will also be available via Zoom. The event, which is free of charge and open to the public, is intended to educate lawyers, the medical community, and the public about health care fraud, diversion of prescription drugs from the authorized market to the criminal market, and related law enforcement priorities in upstate and central New York.
