US DOJ announces corporate criminal enforcement policy revisions

Following Deputy AG Lisa Monaco’s remarks at the White Collar Conference last year, the Department of Justice (DOJ) created a Corporate Crime Advisory Group to revise DOJ’s Corporate Criminal Enforcement Policies.
