For the sixth time, Tri Pointe Homes has been selected as San Diego’s ‘Best New Home Builder.’

The annual poll takes place from March to May, allowing San Diegans to select their favorite places, goods, services, and more.

“We are extremely proud that our customer-centric approach to designing life-changing homes, neighborhoods, and experiences continues to resonate with San Diegans,” said Tri Pointe Homes Division President Jimmy Ayala. “This is a true testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and excellent homebuilding in San Diego.”

This achievement is among other recognitions Tri Pointe Homes has received this year including, the Great Place to Work Certification and Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Millennials 2022.

To be considered for the Best Workplaces for Millennials list, Fortune and Great Place to Work evaluate a survey comprised of more than 413,000 Millennials’ responses to assess the impact of demographics and roles on the quality and consistency of their experiences at their place of work. To be considered for the list, companies must be Great Place to Work-Certified and have at least 50 Millennial employees in the United States.

From Pacific Highlands Ranch in north San Diego to Ocean View Hills in south San Diego, and Citro in North County’s Fallbrook, Tri Pointe Homes continues to build planned communities in the region.
