A favorite childhood holiday is just around the corner, but there is more to Halloween than just the day-of trick-or-treating and costumes. Here’s a round-up of new toys and crafts making Halloween even more fun in 2022.

Sensory Station

Raise your hand if your child loves sensory activities! Although sensory toys can be educational, some can also be messy. Obeez is taking the mess out of sensory, and adding a Halloween twist with its Glow up the Orbeez Sensation Station, which includes all-new glow-in-the-dark Orbeez. The kit comes with tools and a bowl container that includes a lid so you can store it!.

Halloween Plush

All parents know a kid can never have too many stuffies. Give your kid a Halloween plush to cuddle up with during the holiday with this adorable MINISO Pumpkin Pig Pillow or Ghost Pig Plush. Too cute! Be sure to look for promo codes on the MINISO website to snag a deal.

Make-Your-Own Costume

Help your kids design their own costume this year with these pre-made kits from Fabby Do. Kids will get everything they need to become a superhero, pirate, mermaid and more. Best of all, it’s about the same price as a regular costume but it also gives your kids something fun to do!

For the Babies

Speaking of cuddling, the littlest goblins will love this super soft Halloween blanket topped with an adorable pumpkin. Take it with you during trick-or-treating to keep your little one warm.

Engage your sweet baby with a crinkle activity book that includes a teether, tabs and a strap for a fun sensory experience. The book includes multiple pages with festive prints and patterns.

Pumpkin Carving Fun

Level up your pumpkin carving with this new Stack-O-Lantern Pumpkin Stacking Kit where you can carve your pumpkins then stack three of them together! The kit even comes with a scooper, tea lights and batteries to make that Mom Life easier.

Cookie Decorating

Let your kids have fun in the kitchen with new edible decorative stickers that can be placed on cookies! Make Bake created allergy-friendly vegan Stickies that can be simply placed on any dessert. They are 100% edible, vanilla-flavored and melt in your mouth! Stock up with buying Stickies for other holidays.

Día de Muertos

Halloween also coincides with Día de Muertos, a celebration reuniting the living and the dead, and there are plenty of toys that allow children to celebrate the holiday. Fisher Price recently unveiled its Día de Muertos Little People collection.

American Girl also unveiled its Día de Muertos Celebration Outfit, which includes a beautiful dress with colorful flowers, a headband with marigold and a mask with colorful artwork. It also includes a book about the holiday.

For the Pups

Halloween can be an anxiety-driven time for our four-legged family members, but SodaPup is making the holiday fun for them too. There’s a Jack-o-Lantern treat dispenser, pumpkin dog treats, sugar skull-shaped chew toy that glows in the dark and a zombie lick mat, among other fun goods.
