A new report from ecommerce delivery technology leader Metapack uncovers the effect of negative delivery experience on shopping behaviours at a time when high living costs are forcing consumers to question their purchases.

Amid the shift to online shopping, the research dives into consumer delivery experience across the UK, France and Germany, revealing:
•    94% of shoppers have had a bad post-purchase experience in the last 12 months
•    59% of shoppers share bad experiences with family and friends
•    37% of shoppers would stop shopping with a retailer after a bad post-purchase experience
