Amid the shift to online shopping, the research dives into consumer delivery experience across the UK, France and Germany, revealing:
•    94% of shoppers have had a bad post-purchase experience in the last 12 months
•    59% of shoppers share bad experiences with family and friends
•    37% of shoppers would stop shopping with a retailer after a bad post-purchase experience
