OK, we’d don’t know if we’d really buy this, but we’d go and look at it just to see how cool the inside of this barn is. And to see what an ’83 RX7 looks like after it’s been parked for 12 years and become a true “barn find”.
This Craigslist ad comes from Bowling Green, Ky., and doesn’t tell us much, other than this cool car “ran when parked.” Of course we wonder, why did somebody park it and forget about it?
Whatever the reason, the asking price is only $3,995, which seems like a pretty small investment for a car that you could really have some fun with if you could get it running and driving.
Back in the ’80s, we really wanted one of these but couldn’t afford them. At least this one is affordable.
*It appears we weren’t the only ones who would buy this… The seller closed the ad out already (while I was publishing the article). We assume someone took this prized Mazda home with a great deal.
