Hi Karen,

I spoke with R.L. on another matter and he advised that Allstate has re-evaluated after the mediation and is ready to re-engage in negotiations.

You were at *** million and their last offer was * million. Things ended when you indicated they needed to be in *** figures and they confirmed they were not close to that range.

Should we get another date to continue negotiations, or should I try to do by phone?

Hi C – I don’t want to talk to them again.  They had their chance.
