Innabi as a Member in the Phoenix office. Ms. Innabi is a dedicated, diligent, and highly effective attorney with experience providing professional legal representation to a wide range of commercial clients, including small and medium companies, land developers, and investors.

Ms. Innabi’s approach to legal matters is simply to find the most practical and cost-effective solution to protect her clients’ interests and accomplish their goals. She works continuously to help her clients build a strong foundation on which to thrive, including entity formation and governance, business and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate development Her clients are in a broad range of industries including, fintech, biotech, and real estate development.

After completing an internship with Raytheon Missile Systems and serving as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, Snell & Wilmer, and the State Bar of Arizona, Ms. Innabi received her license to practice from the State Bar of Arizona in 2013 with a certification in international business and trade law. She then founded and managed Innabi Law Firm, PLLC, a women and minority owned law firm that specialized in supporting small business around the globe.
Fully devoted to her practice, Ms. Innabi is a member of Eliances, and has served on several committees for the Arizona Women Lawyers Association (AWLA), the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Arizona.
