Kanye West, who has recently been incredibly verbose and found himself in hot water as a result of his remarks, has decided to refrain from speaking, drinking, and engaging in sexual activity.
The rapper, 45, has lost his billionaire status and lost a lot of business deals as a result of an online barrage of anti-Semitic remarks.

The Donda hitmaker, who is still banned from Instagram due to posting infractions, has declared on Twitter that he intends to be quiet for 30 days.
Perhaps tellingly, he has verified though that he will certainly still be posting his thoughts on social media – where possible.
Sharing his message in a Twitter statement, Ye wrote:
“I’m not talking to nooobody for a month. I’m taking a 30 day cleanse. A verbal fast. No alcohol. No adult films. No intercourse. In God we praise. Amen.”
Ending his post, he admitted: “But my Twitter still lit.”
His announcement comes almost a month after his appearance on the Drink Chaps podcast where he blamed “Jewish media” and “Jewish Zionists” for numerous alleged wrongdoings, saying that “Jewish people have owned the Black voice” and that “the Jewish community, especially in the music industry… they’ll take us and milk us till we die”.
He later made further controversial remarks, leading to companies such as Adidas and GAP cutting ties which the star.
Elon Musk, the new owner of Twitter, has acknowledged that the rapper’s account was reinstated prior to the completion of his acquisition of the social media network.
And his return to the platform has already been shrouded in controversy once more.
