At the same time, federal and state legislators, as well as the Federal Trade Commission, are aggressively moving to curtail the use of restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements. In this seminar, I’ll give an update on these and other important legal and legislative developments, as well as practical tips for employers and businesses to minimize their risk and protect themselves in the event of litigation.
