There is a lot of fun to be had when Herbie is your tow vehicle behind your RV. But, when age makes walking long distances difficult, modern technology fills the void. We have enjoyed using our new 3 wheel Escooters ( sounds better than calling them trikes); but, carrying them with us is a pain. Rather than attach a cumbersome bike rack to the RV and exposing them to the weather, it occurred to me that we never had passengers. In fact, the back seat of a VW NewBeetle would have difficulty seating a 10 year old. So, I spent Veteran’s Day removing the back seat and turning the VW into a tiny SUV. Scooters slide right in, and we are ready for the next adventure. Adapt and Overcome.
