Kain Capital has announced it has completed a growth equity investment in MY DR NOW.
MY DR NOW, based in Chandler, Ariz., is a provider of primary and specialty care in Arizona. Founded in 2007, the organization states it is Arizona’s largest privately owned primary care group.
Kain, based in New York and founded in 2014, is a private equity firm focused on investments in healthcare services and information technology companies.
Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
