Dockets with the State Bar of Texas
State Bar of Texas has given its members access to DocketAlarm brief, pleading and motion documents in Fastcase. The Texas bar will also launch a digest curated by the Fastcase/Casemaker editorial team in the key practice areas of oil & gas and real estate. These initiatives are all based on feedback as they build out docket analytics within the Fastcase platform.
Forms workflow with the Arkansas Bar Association
The Arkansas Bar Association is expanding its publishing projects with Fastcase. The Bar Association is offering its own practice guides
and desk books in the Fastcase platform.. The Bar will also start offering members the Fastcase document automation tool whcih will enable members to create their own fillable forms.
Editorial Citator with the State Bar of Georgia
Fastcase and the state for of Georgia are about to launch a new editorial Citator called Cert. The new editorial citator will leverage the visionary technology of Judicata (acquired by Fastcase in 2020) and the editorial expertise of the Casemaker team in Charlottesville, Virginia. The first phase of Cert will identify negative treatment. Addition treatment flags will be added later. CERT Will roll out state by state starting with Georgia in 2023.
Mobility Bonus Fastcase has continued to enhance the Fastcase mobile app which enables subscribing state bar members to access research and resources from their mobile devices.
These developments are the result of extensive surveys which Fastcase conducted with hundreds of bar association members regarding possible improvements to the platform which would be most impactful for their practices. Based on the chart below it is obvious that Fastcase is responding to the highest priorities of bar association members.
