The dinner will take place on 29 September from 7pm at The Ivy Soho Brasserie in London.

Gurr, now director at the Natural History Museum, is one of the UK’s leading experts in ecommerce. He led Amazon’s UK business between 2016 and 2020 and prior to that ran its China operation.

He was also a board director at Asda-Walmart, where he grew Asda’s online grocery business and launched Asda Direct, and earlier in his career founded internet start-up Blueheath, which was sold to Booker.

Gurr will reveal his big lessons from his time at Amazon to the Ecommerce Insider Community, an exclusive gathering of online leaders in retail.
