Emily Burkhardt Vicente Recognized as 2022 DEIA Visionary


HuntonAK Labor and Employment partner Emily Burkhardt Vicente was recognized as a 2022 Diversity & Inclusion Visionary in The Los Angeles Times’ Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility magazine.

The publication features “the region’s diverse business leaders who inspire change – those who exhibit achievements both within their organizations and the community at large through actionable programs and initiatives impacting diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.”

Emily has also been recognized by The Los Angeles Times’ Business of Law: Trends, Updates and Visionaries magazine as a Visionary in 2021-2022, which features “California-licensed in-house counsel and firm lawyers who are impacting change … and have demonstrated noteworthy success and accomplishments.”  Additionally, the Los Angeles Business Journal recognized Emily in 2022 among its Leaders of Influence: Labor and Employment Attorneys in Los Angeles, and shortlisted her for the LABJ’s Best Diversity & Inclusion Executive of the Year, 2021.
