One person was rescued Monday from swift waters in the community of Otay Lakes.
Just before 7 a.m. units reported to Otay Lakes Road where a vehicle was found in the water, with the victim on top of the vehicle, according to Cal Fire.
The person was rescued, assessed, and released by paramedic crews at the scene, according to fire officials.
