The public legal entity “Center for Legal Expertise and Legislative Initiatives” created by Decree No. 1685 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 19, 2022, is announcing a competition for recruitment to the positions of lawyers available at the Center:

Public law examination department – 4 vacant positions

– Head of department – 1

– chief specialist – 2

– leading specialist – 1

Private law examination department – 4 vacant positions

– Head of department – 1

– chief specialist – 1

– leading specialist – 2

Legislative initiatives and monitoring department – ​​3 vacant posts

– Head of department – 1

– chief specialist – 1

– leading specialist – 1

Minimum requirements for candidates to participate in the competition:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (international law);
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of law;
  • Knowledge of at least one foreign language.

Additional benefits:

  • Work experience in the field of lawmaking;
  • Master’s degree or equivalent higher legal education.

Among the applicants, only those who are more suitable for the announced positions will be invited to the competition. The competition will consist of two stages – a written exam and an interview. Only those who have successfully passed the written exam will be interviewed.
