Homicide detectives are investigating Thursday the death of a person whose body was found in the Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve in northern San Diego County.
San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to reports of a person found unresponsive in the 8300 block of Harmony Grove Road, near Questhaven Road, just before 8 a.m. Thursday.
Little information was available regarding the circumstances of the death as the investigation continued.
Harmony Grove Road was closed until further notice.
