不久前,一起“女子入职隐瞒婚育情况被解除劳动合同”的劳动争议案件登上微博热搜,引起了网友的广泛关注。员工陈某某于2020年6月15日入职某公司,担任项目收银员,然而,陈某某在入职时填写的《应聘人员登记表》和《人力资源信息采集表》中隐瞒了自己的婚育情况,公司以陈某某提供虚假材料、违反公司规章制度为由,提出解除劳动合同。
